  We are a unique personal training group. We offer both one on one and small group training. Along with your training we offer nutritional guidance and offer suggestions on how to better optimize your hormones naturally which is vital for achieving  optimal results. We are located in chandler AZ.

At MaxFit Evolution LLC, our main objective is helping our clients achieve complete fitness and overall wellness. Our style of training is “GPP” general physical preparedness.We view our sessions as "workout challenges" rather than just workouts. The training focuses on functional movements. In our everyday lives we pick things up off the ground, lift objects overhead, squat, pull, push, run, and jump. So at MaxFit Evolution we base our training on real functional exercises and movements that will transfer over directly into real life. The benefits of functionality will allow us to achieve great strength gains, alleviate injury by increasing functional flexibility, and promote weight loss by generating a high level of work output.

Our GPP Training, along with sound nutrition, will help you develop and become more competent in all of the ten general physical skills, which are  strength, power, speed, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, stamina and accuracy. It can also help increase bone density, relieve stress, lower blood pressure/ cholesterol and will improve hormonal optimization which can offer many additional health benefits such as giving you a sense of well-being and help relieve symptoms of depression.

At MaxFit Evolution “MFE” we do not use machines or train for hours. We perform short duration constantly varied high intensity workout challenges. At MaxFit Evolution we primarily use “odd objects” as training tools such as tires, slosh pipes, slam balls, kegs, river stones, sand bags, kettelbells, medicine balls, ropes, chains, sledge hammers, strength bands, prowler sleds and yes other people as wellThe benefit of training with odd objects is that they are unstable so they are difficult to hold and control making them challenging to work with. This causes increased muscle recruitment by the user, which in turn burns more calories, increases heart rate, strengthens the core and improves balance. We also perform various body weight exercises including basic gymnastic moves as well as utilizing traditional free weights. All of the movements we perform are fully functional so they have real world applications.

During each training session all clients will perform most if not all of what we call here at MaxFit Evolution “The Basic Primal Movements”. They include pushing, pulling, running, throwing, jumping, dragging, carrying, climbing, swinging and lifting.

We welcome clients/athletes of all fitness levels. All of our workouts are scalable to accommodate an individual’s current abilities.

Sessions are 30 to 40 min in duration. What we ask from each client /athlete is to work hard, be consistent, have both short term and long term goals, and come to each session /class with a positive attitude.

We provide support via email 24 hrs a day and by phone/text 7am to 9pm Mon through Sat. Each client will receive nutritional support as well because you can’t out train a bad diet! Regardless if you practice a chosen sport GPP training will greatly enhance you performance in it as well as getting you lean and strong, giving you the body and performance you’ve always wanted.


 

My name is Steve Lange I have had the opportunity to work with Anthony at MaxFit Evolution for over 9 weeks now. I work in the security field so I need to be in top shape. Since working with Anthony even though it has only been 9 weeks so far, I have made tremendous gains in all aspects of my fitness. I am stronger more agile and have greater endurance. I am much more balanced and my body fat has gone down and I am much stronger. I look forward to my sessions at Max Fit they are short and intense and get the job done. The name is Ely I have been power lifting and body building for over 20 years. Now at the age of 42 the years of lifting exclusively with heavy weights has taken its toll on my left shoulder and knees. I was told by a friend that there was a well-known trainer in Chandler that worked with clients out of his garage gym. He uses odd objects to get them in remarkable shape and that he also happens to be around my age well 2 years older☺ that could help me strengthen my knees and shoulder as well as broaden my fitness abilities and take them to the next level. Now I have always been strong but I never had the best cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, stamina or agility. I now wanted to become the healthiest and most fit version of me the most balanced as Anthony would say. I started training with Anthony at MaxFit Evolution about 3 months ago the workouts or challenges are always different he really knows how to motivate you, the workouts are hard but he scales the weights and exercises to my current ability level. I can now say my joints feel much better and I am much more overall physically fit. I have it all strength, speed, endurance, balance, flexibility, power and agility.
